500C362T450DD2B is a Type 550C high-ripple aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated for 450 VDC (500 VDC surge) with a capacitance of 3600 µF and screw terminal connection. This ultra-ripple, long-life inverter-grade capacitor features an ESR of 37.4 mO at 25°C and delivers a maximum ripple current of 14.5 A at 85°C and 5.2 A at 105°C, making it suitable for demanding motor drive and power conversion applications. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a case size of 3 inches diameter by 3.5/8 inches length, and is rated for 20,000 hours of load life at 85°C with full ripple current and rated voltage. Its extended cathode foil design ensures efficient heat flow from the capacitor element to the can in all mounting orientations, providing reliable performance in high-ripple, long-life applications such as inverters, motor drives, and other power electronics requiring superior ripple current handling.
