DESCRIPTION
The CW3500 is a CircuitWorks Conformal Coating Remover Pen designed for precise spot removal of silicone and acrylic conformal coatings from printed circuit boards. The product features a unique marker tip dispenser that provides controlled and exact application, with fast-drying solvent that evaporates quickly and provides low surface tension for superior wetting. It is supplied as a 9.0 g (0.32 oz.) pen with a clear, colorless liquid formulation (specific gravity 0.79 @ 75°F, surface tension 19.2 dynes/cm @ 21.6°C, flash point 102°F TCC) and is RoHS/WEEE compliant with low toxicity, no CFCs or HCFCs, and VOC content below 15%. The CW3500 is ideal for circuit board manufacturing, rework and repair, and prototyping applications, offering quick and convenient removal of most conformal coating types in seconds with a shelf life of 5 years.
