DESCRIPTION

AEE03A18-LS is a 15-watt isolated DC-DC converter designed for industrial and telecommunications applications requiring high reliability and galvanic isolation. The module accepts an input voltage range of 9 to 36 VDC and delivers a regulated 5V output at 3A maximum current, with ±2.0% voltage tolerance and ±0.5% line regulation. It features 1500 VDC minimum input/output isolation, auto-restart short-circuit protection, and operates across -40°C to +71°C without derating, achieving 84% efficiency at 12V input. The encapsulated 1" × 2" package with 300 kHz switching frequency and 1000 pF insulation capacitance makes it suitable for industrial automation, instrumentation, test and measurement, and telecommunications systems where isolation and compact form factor are essential.
