DESCRIPTION

PL182X-301-70 is a PwrLok 10mm 2-pole shielded plug connector designed for high-voltage power applications with integrated HVIL (High Voltage Interlock). This connector features X-key polarization and is designed for 70mm² cable size with a current rating of 250A. It operates at voltages up to 1000 VDC with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 5000 VDC and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The connector provides IP67 and IP2X protection class, electromagnetic shielding, and includes an automatic secondary lock for secure mating. Common applications include electric vehicle battery systems and high-power electrical distribution where safety interlocking and reliable high-current connections are required.
