DESCRIPTION

The JAND38999/33W19R is a receptacle dust cover designed to protect unmated MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors from environmental hazards and contaminants. This dust cap features a conductive Cadmium plating (finish code W) that provides 500 hours of salt spray resistance and is constructed from a combination of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and includes a QPL-approved stainless steel rope lanyard. This accessory is essential for military and aerospace applications to maintain connector integrity and prevent damage from dust, moisture, and other impurities when connectors are unmated.
