DESCRIPTION
The G13-01-1220 is a 2-pole manual limit switch with locking mechanism manufactured by TE Connectivity (KISSLING) for military and industrial applications. It features silver contacts rated for 28 VDC at 7 A resistive load (minimum 15 VDC, 10 mA) and is housed in aluminum alloy with a large housing dimension and M20x1 mounting thread. The switch meets MIL-S-8805 and VG 95210 standards, withstanding 100 g shock (6 ms sawtooth per MIL-STD-202 Method 213) and 15 g vibration (10–2000 Hz per MIL-STD-202 Method 204), with an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +85 °C. The locking mechanism requires approximately 60 ± 5 N operating force and provides 10,000 mechanical cycles of endurance. This switch is ideal for commercial and military motor vehicles, marine applications, and industrial equipment requiring reliable position indication under extreme environmental conditions.
