DESCRIPTION

500004-1 is an opaque white polyethylene SPIRAP plastic cable wrap designed for bundling and harnessing cables, wires, tubing, and hoses. It features an external diameter of 0.250in (6.4mm), internal diameter of 0.162in (4.12mm), and wall thickness of 0.045in (1.14mm), with a helical pitch of 0.375in (9.53mm). The wrap accommodates bundle diameters ranging from 0.188 to 2.000in (4.76 to 50.80mm) and operates within a temperature range of -105 to 215°F (-76 to 102°C). Pre-wound in continuous 50ft (15.24m) lengths, it self-contracts after application to form a tight, uniform protective jacket providing continuous abrasion protection. This product is ideal for applications requiring economical and quick cable management with reliable protection across a wide temperature range.
