DESCRIPTION

The A2450E is a 50 A solid-state relay designed for switching heavy industrial AC loads with an 18–36 VAC control input and 24–280 VAC output operating range. It features SCR output technology with zero voltage or instantaneous turn-on switching capability, a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.15 Vrms at rated current, and a thermal resistance of 0.45 °C/W junction to case. The relay operates from -40 °C to +80 °C ambient temperature, offers UL/CSA/TUV approval and CE compliance to EN60950-1, and includes a direct bond copper substrate with epoxy-free design for enhanced reliability. Common applications include motor control, heating element switching, and power distribution in industrial equipment where solid-state switching reliability and EMC compliance are required.
