6351 is a DC output buffered inverting module designed for interfacing with 15 volt logic systems in microprocessor applications. It features a nominal input voltage of 15 Vdc with an inverting output type, turning on when pin 4 is held high (logic 1) within the 8.0 to 18 Vdc range. The module supports a load current range of 0.02 to 3.5 A at 45°C and a load voltage range of 3.0 to 60 Vdc, with a maximum surge current of 5.0 A. It provides 4,000 VRMS dielectric isolation between input and output and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. This buffered module reduces drive requirements to levels suitable for MOS devices, making it ideal for microprocessor-based control systems requiring reliable DC output switching.
