DESCRIPTION
The 10LPCV2425 is a linear proportional controller designed for precise control of 240 VAC resistive loads with a maximum output current of 25A. It features a 0-10 VDC control input with a control range of -1.0 to 20 VDC and a turn-on threshold of 0.5 VDC, providing smooth proportional power modulation across the full load range. The device operates with an input impedance of 25 kO and requires a sync voltage of 16-24 VAC from an external power supply module (PS120 or PS240). With an operating voltage range of 20-300 Vrms at 60Hz, a maximum off-state leakage current of 10 mArms, and a minimum load current of 0.10 Arms, the controller delivers reliable performance in industrial heating and temperature control applications. The unit is housed in thermally conductive epoxy encapsulation with a thermal resistance of 1.02°C/W, operates across an ambient temperature range of -30 to 80°C, and is ideal for infrared heaters, quartz heaters, thermal forming equipment, and conveyor speed control systems.
