DESCRIPTION

V2D1S00B-AZS00-000 is a sealed Contura II/III rocker switch engineered for demanding applications requiring robust environmental protection. The switch features IP66/68 sealing for above-panel components, a polyester blend base rated to 125°C with UL 94V0 flammability rating, and a polycarbonate lens rated at 100°C. It incorporates hard surface actuators molded from thermoplastic polycarbonate with a hard Nylon 66 overlay, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The switch has been extensively tested to meet MIL-STD 202F, MIL-STD 510.1, UL 1500, ISO 8846, IEC 60529, and BS 5490 standards, including corrosion resistance (MFG Class III 3-year accelerated exposure), vibration (10G's 10-500 Hz), shock (30G's), and salt spray (96 hours). This makes it ideal for marine, on/off-highway, armored vehicles, and mining machinery applications where sealing protection and reliability are critical.
