DESCRIPTION

The 8221J81ZGE22 is a DPDT snap-acting momentary pushbutton switch from the 8020 Series, designed for applications requiring reliable switching with positive tactile feel. This switch features two poles with double-throw configuration, providing connected terminals at positions 1-3 and 4-6 in the ON state, and 1-2 and 4-5 in the momentary position, with an epoxy terminal seal compatible with bottom wash cleaning. The switch delivers electrical life of 60,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, contact resistance below 50 mO typical at 2-4 V DC with 100 mA, and insulation resistance of 10? O minimum. With a dielectric strength of 1,000 Vrms minimum at sea level and G contact material rated at 1 AMP @ 120 V AC or 28 V DC, this switch is ideal for instrumentation, computer peripherals, and telecommunications equipment where dependable momentary switching is essential.
