The AB8Q-M1-G is an illuminated pushbutton switch from IDEC's miniature A8 Series, featuring a compact 8mm round design with SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact configuration and integrated LED lamp. The switch operates at a maximum voltage of 250V AC/DC with a thermal current rating of 3A, gold-clad silver contacts for reliable low-level switching, and solder tab terminals for secure installation. It delivers an LED lamp life of approximately 50,000 hours (reduced to half intensity), with contact resistance of 50 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum (500V DC megger). The device is rated for operating temperatures from -25°C to +55°C with 45–85% relative humidity, provides IP40 dustproof protection, and achieves 100,000 minimum electrical operations and 100,000 mechanical operations at 1200 operations/hour in maintained mode.
