AMLV06V09C490 is an automotive-grade multilayer varistor designed for transient voltage suppression and surge protection in automotive electrical systems. It features a working voltage of 9 Vdc, a varistor voltage of 7 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 16 V at 1 mAdc, with a clamping energy absorption of 29 J at 1 A. The device exhibits a peak current capability of 0.1 A (8/20 µs), a capacitance of 30 pF, and a leakage current of less than 20 µA, making it suitable for high-reliability automotive applications. With AEC-Q200 qualification, bi-directional protection, and multilayer construction, this varistor is ideal for automotive bus systems (LIN, CAN, CAN-FD), ECU applications, ADAS, and various motor control circuits requiring robust transient suppression.
