DESCRIPCIÓN
The KBPC10/15/2512FP is a single-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications in commercial and industrial environments. It features four diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum alternating input voltage of 800 V RMS and a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1200 V, providing robust performance across a wide voltage range. The device offers a forward voltage drop of less than 1.2 V and a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns, ensuring efficient rectification with minimal switching losses. With rated average forward currents of 10, 15, or 25 A depending on case temperature (115°C, 95°C, or 55°C respectively), and peak forward surge current capability of 200 A (50 Hz) or 220 A (60 Hz), the rectifier is well-suited for demanding power conversion tasks. The plastic case with isolated aluminum baseplate provides thermal management and electrical isolation, while the fast-on terminals (FP designation) enable quick and reliable connection. Operating junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and UL recognition (File E175067) ensure compliance with industrial standards and long-term reliability in diverse applications.
