DESCRIPTION

The DIART220A is an AC current control relay from the IAR.T Series, designed to sense and control currents up to 100 Amps RMS with automatic or manual unlatching capability. It features adjustable hysteresis (5 to 50% of input current), a top-mounted potentiometer for threshold selection, and an adjustable start-up inhibit delay from 0.1 to 10 seconds. The device operates on 220 VAC ±15% at 50/60 Hz with a maximum power consumption of 3 VA, and includes an SPDT output relay with AgCdO contacts rated for 10 A AC resistive or 1 A DC inductive at 250 VAC maximum. With a repeat accuracy of ±2% at constant ambient temperature and response times of 100 ms on make and 200 ms on break, this relay is ideal for industrial current monitoring, motor protection, and load control applications where reliable AC current sensing and switching are required.
