MC12FF500F-F is a multilayer mica RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring high voltage performance. This 500 pF capacitor is rated for 1000 Vdc operation and housed in a 1210 case package, offering rugged construction compatible with FR4 boards without thermal cracking concerns.
