DESCRIPTION

The CDSOT23-SR208 is a steering diode array in a compact SOT23-6 package, engineered for transient voltage suppression in EFT and ESD protection applications. It is capable of protecting four lines, featuring a low capacitance of less than 5 pF, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of at least 20 V, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 1 µA. The device can handle a repetitive peak forward current of 700 mA and has a continuous power dissipation of 500 mW. Its characteristics make it suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces in applications like portable electronics, video cards, cellular phones, and USB 2.0 interfaces.
