DESCRIPTION

The 02-0007-000 is a connector backshell component designed for Binder series 423/425/581/680/682/723 circular connectors. It features a threaded ring locking mechanism that secures the cable connector to the device connector with a hand-tight torque of approximately 60 cNm, ensuring reliable connection retention. The backshell is manufactured from Pocan 8 4235 black PBT with 30% glass fiber reinforcement, providing excellent mechanical strength and environmental resistance. It accommodates printed circuit boards with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm and has a circular mounting profile with a diameter of 21.5 mm. This component is suitable for applications requiring secure, vibration-resistant connector assemblies in industrial and electronic equipment where accidental disconnection must be prevented.
