DESCRIPTION

CD15FD101GO3F is a standard dipped silvered mica capacitor from Cornell Dubilier's CD15 series, designed for timing and close tolerance applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. This capacitor features a capacitance of 100 pF with ±2% tolerance (G) and a rated voltage of 500 Vdc. The CD15 series offers excellent stability with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a minimum dV/dt pulse capability of 100,000 V/µs. Dimensions meet EIA RS153B specification, and the component is available in reel packaging. These mica capacitors are ideal for applications where precision and reliability are essential, including timing circuits and high-frequency filtering.
