ZPF000000000163973 is a quick-change modular connector solution designed for 4th generation cabin networks in aerospace applications, meeting EN4165, ARINC 809, and BACC65 standards. The connector features flexible modularity with crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, supporting signal, coaxial, Quadrax, power, and optical contacts, with contact current ratings from 3 A (size 24) to 46 A (size 8). It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, withstands 20 g vibration, and maintains 500 mating cycles durability with 500 hours salt spray resistance and 1.1 × 10?² bar interfacial sealing. The housing is constructed from nickel-plated composite with thermoplastic and fluoronated silicone modules, while crimp and PCB contacts are gold-plated copper alloy. This connector is ideal for aircraft in-flight entertainment systems, cabin systems, and avionics applications where quick reconfiguration, high reliability, and EMI shielding performance (50 dB attenuation at 100 MHz) are essential.
