SMW315RJT is a surface mount moulded power resistor from the TE Connectivity SM Series, designed for power circuitry applications requiring reliable performance in high-temperature manufacturing environments. The device features a low-profile design with flexible tinned copper terminations and fully welded construction, enabling it to withstand reflow, vapour phase, and infrared soldering processes without degradation. Available in 3-watt power rating with resistance values from 0.1 ohm to 500 ohm, the SMW315RJT operates at a maximum voltage of 500 volts and offers ±1% tolerance with E24 value grid selection. The resistor exhibits a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C across the -55°C to +200°C range and maintains insulation resistance of 10,000 MO at 500 VDC, with UL94V0 flameproof coating for enhanced safety.
