DESCRIPCIÓN
The 3502100RFT is a surface-mount thick-film high-power resistor designed for high-reliability applications requiring robust thermal performance. It delivers 2W continuous power at 70°C in a compact 2010 package (5.00 × 2.50 × 1.10 mm) with a resistance value of 1O and 1% tolerance. The device features a high-purity alumina substrate with a tri-layer termination system (silver inner, nickel barrier, and tin outer), matte finish, and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of 200 ppm/°C (10°C–100°C range). The resistor exhibits excellent solderability with 95% minimum coverage after reflow and wave soldering processes, and maintains resistance stability through temperature cycling and humidity exposure per JIS C 5201-1 standards. It is suitable for automatic placement in high-volume production and is supplied on 7-inch reels of 2000 pieces, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics applications requiring reliable power dissipation.
