DESCRIPCIÓN

TLRP3A30CR050FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic current sense resistor designed for high-power applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapters. This 2512-package resistor features a 50 mO resistance value with ±1% tolerance and delivers up to 3 watts at 70°C ambient temperature, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +170°C. The device incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life, achieving low inductance below 5 nH and demonstrating sulfur resistance in harsh environments. It is AEC-Q200 compliant with moisture sensitivity level MSL1, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications requiring reliable current sensing with minimal power dissipation.
