DESCRIPCIÓN

TLRP3A30CR020FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic current sense resistor designed for high-power applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapters. This 2512-package resistor delivers up to 3 W at 70°C with a 20 mO resistance value and ±50 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, featuring AEC-Q200 compliance and low inductance below 5 nH. The device incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life and is sulfur-resistant with MSL1 moisture sensitivity. Operating across -55°C to +170°C, it is ideal for demanding power conversion applications requiring precise current sensing with minimal thermal drift and excellent reliability in harsh environments.
