DESCRIPCIÓN

532446-9 is a high-density AMP-HDI board-to-board connector plug assembly designed for reliable electrical and mechanical performance in rugged applications including aerospace, military, industrial, and data communications systems. This connector features 100 loaded positions with a 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) post length, vertical orientation, and integrated board locks for secure mounting. The assembly utilizes Twin Beam Contacts with gold-plated square posts providing four contact areas per connection, copper alloy materials with gold plating options over nickel or tin, and a glass-filled thermoplastic housing rated UL94 V-0. It delivers excellent performance under vibration and shock conditions with a maximum mating force of 2.5 oz (14.1 g) per contact, unmating force of 0.4 oz (56.7 g) minimum, contact retention of 3 pounds, and durability rated for 250 mating cycles. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C and is ideal for communications hubs, power distribution, satellite terminals, vehicle mission computers, and industrial data communication systems requiring high-density interconnection with economical reliability.
