DESCRIPCIÓN

52937-2 is a pre-insulated solderless spade terminal manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP, designed for reliable termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. The terminal features blue vinyl insulation (UL 94V-0) with a copper body plated in tin per ASTM B-545, accommodating wire sizes from 0.26 to 1.65 mm² (22–16 AWG). The terminal incorporates a serration or dimple feature inside the barrel to provide exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, along with a special plating process that creates high resistance to corrosion. Key dimensional specifications include a width (W) of 0.250 inches (6.35 mm), a contact dimension (C) of 0.250 inches (6.35 mm), an end dimension (E) of 0.781 inches (17.40 mm), and a length (L) of 0.813 inches (20.65 mm). This terminal is ideal for high-speed production applications where funnel entry design allows for easy wire insertion, and it is UL, CSA, and Military approved for demanding electrical applications.
