446852-1 is a Box .100 [2.54] centerline receptacle connector designed for high-reliability applications in aerospace, defense, and marine environments. This connector features wrap-type posted contacts with a 2-high configuration and is available in multiple position counts ranging from 90 to 240 positions, with dimensions A, B, and C varying accordingly. The housing is constructed from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) per MIL-M-24519, and contacts are made of beryllium copper with duplex plating of .000050 [0.00127] min. gold in the mating area and .000100 [0.00254] min. tin-lead in the terminating area over .000030 [0.00076] min. nickel on the entire contact. The connector mates with pin headers and supports external keying options, making it suitable for demanding interconnection requirements in military, commercial aerospace, and marine systems where reliability and performance are critical.
