DESCRIPCIÓN
338168-2 is a 9-position right-angle subminiature D-sub plug connector designed for solder termination with boardlock mounting on PCBs. The connector features a steel front shell with tin plating and black glass-filled polyester housing rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. It utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with 0.76 µm gold plating on the contact area, supporting a maximum current rating of 6A and insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with dielectric strength of 1000V AC minimum. This connector is commonly used in industrial control systems, test equipment, and data acquisition applications where compact, reliable interconnection with right-angle board mounting is required.
