DESCRIPCIÓN
The 100P237-11-1-B-NB6-02 is a plug protection cap assembly designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series III plugs with shell size 11. It features a maximum outer diameter (ØA) of 24.5 mm, a 0.750-inch thread (B thread), and a minimum inner diameter (ØC) of 15.8 mm, with a nominal height of 22.00 ± 0.50 mm. The cap is constructed from stainless steel material with cadmium and olive drab electroless nickel finish (finish code B), and includes a fluorosilicone gasket option for enhanced sealing performance. The assembly is equipped with an olive drab nylon cord lanyard (code NB) with a 6-inch length, providing secure tethering and easy retrieval. This configuration is commonly used in military and aerospace applications where reliable connector protection, environmental sealing, and equipment retention are critical requirements.
