The 2220Y5000105KXTWS2 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed for applications requiring high capacitance values in a reduced PCB footprint. It provides a capacitance of 1.0 µF with a ±10% tolerance and is rated for 500Vdc. This capacitor utilizes a stable X7R dielectric material and features a RoHS-compliant FlexiCap™ termination with a nickel barrier and 100% matte tin plating for enhanced mechanical stress resistance.
