The 2220Y1K00474KETWS2 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed to provide high capacitance values in a compact footprint. It offers a capacitance of 470nF with a ±10% tolerance and a voltage rating of 1kV. This component features a stable X7R dielectric, ensuring a maximum capacitance change of ±15% over its operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The proprietary FlexiCap™ termination enhances reliability by accommodating greater board flex and reducing the risk of mechanical stress cracking.
