DESCRIPCIÓN
M252555 is a 25A silicon power SCR/diode hybrid module designed for AC power control and switching applications. The module features a maximum DC output current of 25A at 85°C, with ultra-high surge current capability of 300A peak (one-cycle, non-repetitive at 60Hz), and supports multiple circuit configurations including hybrid bridge common cathode SCR, hybrid bridge common anode SCRs, full SCR bridge, AC switch, SCR doubler, and hybrid bridge doubler topologies. It provides 2500VAC RMS terminal-to-base isolation, operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and utilizes SPC's power hybrid technology for efficient thermal management with a case-to-sink thermal resistance of 0.1°C/W. The module is available in standard voltage ratings of 120VAC, 240VAC, 320VAC, 440VAC, and 480VAC, making it suitable for industrial power control, motor drives, heating control, and AC switching applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance.
