DESCRIPCIÓN
The B642SE-2T is a power module from the B-2T series designed for AC or DC variable voltage output applications up to 15 kW. This module features a maximum DC output current of 42.5 A at Tc = 85°C, with a maximum voltage drop of 1.65 V at 25 A peak. It includes an external suppressor (SE designation) and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with critical rate of rise specifications of 100 A/µs for on-state current and 500 V/µs for off-state voltage. The module supports AC line input voltages of 120 VAC (400 V RMS), 240 VAC (600 V RMS), and 280 VAC (800 V RMS), with a maximum non-repetitive surge current of 600 A and I²t rating of 1500 A²sec. The B642SE-2T is UL recognized (E72445) and ideal for industrial control, variable speed drives, and power conversion applications requiring reliable switching performance and thermal management.
