B522FSE-2T is a power module from Crydom's B-2T series designed for AC or DC variable voltage output applications up to 15KW. This module features a 25A maximum DC output current at 85°C case temperature, 240 VAC line input voltage with 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage, and includes both a free-wheeling diode and external suppressor.
