DESCRIPCIÓN
D271618 is a Dri-Shield® 2700 aluminized moisture barrier bag engineered to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. The bag is constructed from multiple laminated layers of aluminized polyester and polyethylene, with a heavy-gauge static dissipative polyester layer providing puncture resistance to prevent damage from sharp trays. It features a moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.030 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs, tensile strength of 6550 PSI (45 MPa), and puncture resistance of 30 lbs (133 N), ensuring robust protection during handling and storage. The bag is heat-sealable with recommended sealing conditions of 400°F (204°C) for 0.6–4.5 seconds at 30–70 PSI pressure, and provides ESD shielding of <10 nJ with surface resistance of 1×104 to <1×10¹¹ ohms on both interior and exterior surfaces. This product is ideal for commercial applications requiring moisture and electrostatic protection, such as semiconductor packaging, PCB storage, and sensitive component shipment.
