SKU 119985 is a vertical male surface-mount technology (SMT) connector from the iBridge Ultra cable-to-board connector family, designed for reliable and robust connections in demanding applications. The connector features a compact 2 mm pitch design with support for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, or 12 pin configurations, delivering a current rating of up to 8 A per contact and operating voltage of 300 Vrms (pollution degree 1) or 95 Vrms (pollution degree 2). The housing is constructed from LCP natural material with a UL 94 V-0 flame rating, while contacts are copper alloy with tin plating in both mating and termination areas. The connector operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (1008 hours at 100°C per USCAR-2 T2), maintains air and creepage distances of 0.7 mm, and supports more than 20 mating cycles. This design is ideal for automotive, industrial automation, telecommunications, and healthcare applications requiring vibration-resistant connections to sensors, motors, switches, and other local components.
