DESCRIPCIÓN
The DMC-MD82AW01 is a single-module modular connector designed for aircraft in-flight entertainment and cabin systems, standardized to EN4165, ARINC 809, and BACC65 specifications. It features a composite nickel-plated housing with flexible modularity supporting crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, signal, coaxial, Quadrax, power, and optical contact options, and high-speed Ethernet modules. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with a vibration rating of 20 g, 500 mating cycle durability, and 500-hour salt spray resistance, providing reliable performance in demanding aerospace environments. Its quick-install coupling, toolless assembly, and easily replaced modules enable fast reconfiguration and mixed male/female module compatibility, making it ideal for flexible cabin network connectivity in commercial aerospace applications.
