The 0460-215-1631 is a size 16 solid pin contact designed for DEUTSCH series connectors. It is rated for a maximum continuous current of 13 amps at 125°C and has a millivolt drop of 60 mV at a 13 amp test current. This contact exhibits high durability with no electrical or mechanical defects after 100 cycles of engagement and disengagement, and it withstands a minimum retention load of 25 lbs (111 N). When used in a properly wired and mated DEUTSCH connector, it contributes to an environmentally sealed connection that is resistant to vibration and operates reliably in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial and transportation applications.
