DESCRIPCIÓN
TJT15047RJ is a 150W aluminium enclosed power resistor from the TJT series, designed for direct heat sink attachment with excellent heat transfer and compact dimensions. The resistor features a tolerance of ±5%, temperature coefficient less than ±260 PPM/°C, and operates reliably over a temperature range from -25°C to 250°C with linear derating from 100% at 25°C to 0 at 260°C. It offers a resistance range of 1R0 to 1K0 ohms, dielectric strength of 1500V, and demonstrates exceptional electrical stability with insulation resistance greater than 500 MO. The device is ideal for applications requiring high reliability and mechanical rigidity, including power dissipation circuits, industrial equipment, and thermal management systems where custom terminations and mounting arrangements may be needed.
