DESCRIPCIÓN
SBCHE6330RJ is a high-power wirewound resistor from the TE Connectivity Type SBC (Square Ceramic) Series, designed for vertical mounting applications with one lengthened lead. The resistor features a ceramic core construction with an inorganic silica filler seal, providing high insulation resistance and low surface temperature characteristics capable of withstanding high overload currents. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +350°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of 200 ppm/°C (400 ppm/°C below 18O), excellent load stability (?R < 5% at full load for 1000 hours), and dielectric strength of 2000V RMS. The resistor exhibits negligible voltage coefficient of resistance and maintains resistance stability through damp heat exposure (?R < 0.2% after 21 days at 40°C, 93% humidity). These resistors are ideally suited for industrial and commercial applications including fan force ovens, cooker hoods, power supplies, and triac-based speed controls, where performance reliability and thermal management are critical.
