DESCRIPCIÓN
TLRP3A30CR068FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic current sense resistor designed for high-power applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapters. The resistor features a 2512 package size with dimensions of 6.40±0.25 mm length, 3.20±0.25 mm width, and 0.70±0.20 mm thickness, delivering up to 3W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature. It incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life, achieving low inductance below 5 nH and maintaining a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±50 ppm/°C. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant, sulfur-resistant, and rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +170°C, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial power conversion applications where reliable current sensing and thermal stability are essential.
