DESCRIPCIÓN

TLRP3A20CR050FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic metal strip resistor designed for current sensing applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adaptor circuits. This 2512-size resistor delivers up to 3 watts at 70°C with a resistance value of 50 mO (±1% tolerance) and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±25 ppm/°C. The device features a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to prolong terminal life, low inductance below 5 nH, and is AEC-Q200 compliant with sulfur resistance and MSL1 moisture sensitivity level. The TLRP3A20CR050FTE is ideal for high-reliability power applications requiring precise current monitoring and thermal stability across operating temperatures from -55°C to +170°C.
