DESCRIPCIÓN
The 8-2834006-2 is a 2-pole modular releasable poke-in connector designed for wire-to-board connectivity in intelligent building applications including lighting systems, HVAC controls, and security systems. This connector features a quick solderless poke-in design with an integral conductor release mechanism recessed below the top surface, eliminating the need for special tooling and enabling multiple insertion and release cycles without compromising functionality. The connector accepts solid and stranded wire from 18 to 22 AWG with a maximum insulation outer diameter of 2.5 mm and requires a strip length of 9.0 mm ± 1.0 mm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a voltage rating of 300 VAC maximum and dielectric strength of 2000 VAC, this connector provides reliable performance in demanding environments. The modular design with black and white color identification enables flexible design configurations and easy assembly, making it ideal for compact PCB layouts and high-density applications in telecommunications, lighting, and security systems.
