The connector is constructed with a steel tin-plated front shell, 94V-O rated thermoplastic housing compatible with wave, vapor phase, and infrared reflow soldering, and phosphor bronze socket contacts with duplex plating (gold on mating end, tin-lead on termination end, nickel underplated).
