DESCRIPCIÓN
406541-1 is a shielded panel-mount RJ-11 telephone jack connector designed for telecommunications applications. The connector features a high-temperature thermoplastic housing (UL94V-O rated, black color) with phosphor bronze terminals plated with 3.81 µm minimum thick solder area plating and 1.27 µm minimum gold in localized plate areas, along with 1.27 µm minimum nickel plating across the entire terminal. The shield is constructed from 0.196 mm thick copper-zinc alloy preplate with 1.27 µm minimum satin nickel and 2.03 µm minimum tin post-dipped on PCB ground tabs. The jack cavity conforms to FCC Rules and Regulations Part 68, Subpart F, ensuring compliance with telecommunications standards. This connector is commonly used in telecommunications equipment, modems, and telephone systems where reliable shielded connections and compliance with regulatory standards are essential.
