DESCRIPCIÓN
32944 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable electrical connections in control circuits and power wiring applications. This terminal accommodates 22-16 AWG wire (509-3,260 circular mils / 0.26-1.65 mm²) and features a stud connection with M2 or M3.5 stud sizes depending on configuration. The terminal is constructed with tin-plated copper per ASTM B-545 and includes red nylon insulation for high dielectric strength and easy identification. Key dimensional specifications include a wire insulation diameter maximum of 0.140 inches (3.56 mm), with various stud configurations providing W, C, E, and L dimensions optimized for secure barrel contact and tensile strength. The serration or dimple feature inside the terminal barrel provides exceptional contact reliability and corrosion resistance. This terminal is UL, CSA, and Military approved, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring uniform high-quality terminations.
