DESCRIPCIÓN

1-1775099-3 is a vertical DIP power connector designed for direct PCB mounting applications. It features a thermoplastic housing with 30% glass-filled polyamide (PA46) material rated UL 94V-0 in ivory color, with 24 contact positions for robust power distribution. The connector utilizes brass contacts finished with a minimum of 100 microinches of tin plating over 50 microinches of nickel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The device is wave solder capable to 265°C per TYCO specification 109-202, Condition B, and is designed with a recommended PCB board layout for 1.6 mm thickness with ±0.05 mm tolerance. This connector is commonly used in ATX power supplies, industrial power distribution systems, and high-reliability applications requiring secure vertical mounting and multiple power paths.
