DESCRIPCIÓN
SGX-BLD1-C is a hydrogen leak detection sensor with integrated Delphi clip, designed for automotive and industrial applications to detect H2 gas leakage or Li-ion battery failure modes. It utilizes thermal conductivity gas sensing technology with fast response time under 1 second and communicates via CAN 500kbps High Speed protocol. The sensor features a watertight IP6K7 housing, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and measures hydrogen concentrations from 0-4 vol.% with low power consumption of less than 65mA at 12V. With external dimensions of 39mm x 35mm x 27mm and weighing less than 15g, it is suitable for placement near hydrogen systems or battery enclosures to enable Battery or Hydrogen Management Systems to monitor safe operation and provide output signals during leakage events.
