DESCRIPCIÓN
B513F-2 is a power module from the B-2 series designed for AC or DC variable voltage output applications up to 15 kW. The module features a maximum DC output current of 25 A at Tc = 85°C with a maximum voltage drop of 1.65 V at peak current, and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It includes a free-wheeling diode and supports AC line input voltages of 120 VAC, 240 VAC, or 280 VAC (400 V, 600 V, or 800 V RMS respectively), with a maximum non-repetitive surge current of 250 A and isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. The B513F-2 is UL recognized (E72445) and commonly used in industrial power control, variable speed drives, and AC/DC conversion applications where reliable switching and thermal management are essential.
